918 Day Festival 2025 - Performer Lineup + Schedule Announced!

Downtown Tulsa Partnership (DTP) hosted a press event on Thursday, September 4, to announce the featured performances for the second annual 918 Day Festival on Thursday, September 18, 2025, 5-9 PM at Chapman Green (600 S Main St).

Festival committee members Tony Williams aka “Mr. Greenwood” and Chinh Doan hosted the announcement at Chapman Green, the site of the 918 Day Festival and DTP’s ongoing Midweek Market. 

9 local performers will be featured in the 918 Day Festival, with performances alternating between the Main Stage and Chapman Green’s Amphitheater. 

The Main Stage will be located on the corner of 6th Street and Boston Avenue and will showcase the festival’s featured musicians. Chapman Green’s Amphitheater, located in the southeast area of the green, will showcase the festival’s featured interactive and cultural groups. 

Performer Lineup:

Main Stage: Serenity Center for the Arts 

Serenity Studio will bring high-energy movement to the stage with performances ranging from ballet and jazz to African drumming and hip-hop. Their South Tulsa studio is known for cultivating creativity and celebrating diversity in dance. Together, they showcase the vibrancy of Tulsa’s growing performing arts community. 

Main Stage: David Hernandez 

David Hernandez has been sharing original music in both Spanish and English across Tulsa for years. His sound blends bossa nova, blues, rock, and Latin rhythms into music that feels soulful and heartfelt. Each performance reflects his unique cultural influences and deep Tulsa roots. 

Amphitheater: Tulsa Indian Club/Tulsa Powwow 

The Tulsa Indian Club, founded in 1951, is the city’s oldest Native American organization. Their performances include traditional powwow songs and dances that honor Indigenous culture. Each appearance preserves history while celebrating living traditions. 

Main Stage: Taylor Lennea 

Taylor Lennea is a genre-bending electronic violinist who creates immersive, powerful performances. She blends covers and original music into a sound that is both soulful and electrifying. Her artistry transforms the violin into a modern, boundary-pushing experience. 

Amphitheater: Mi Naib Dance 

Mi Naib Dance represents Tulsa’s Hmong community through traditional cultural performances. The group features 13 talented girls, ages 5 to 10, who dance in beautifully crafted attire. Their performance is a joyful and vibrant celebration of heritage passed down through generations. 

Main Stage: Kevin Reynolds 

Kevin Reynolds is a Tulsa-born southern soul and R&B singer whose voice brings warmth and joy to every performance. His music reflects a deep connection to community and celebration. With every note, he invites audiences to feel the heart of his sound. 

Amphitheater: Jeork Masters 

Jeork Masters is a multicultural dance group that celebrates Venezuelan and Colombian folklore alongside Flamenco, Salsa, Bachata, and Samba. Their breathtaking choreography is enriched with cultural history and storytelling. They bring both artistry and tradition to the stage, creating a performance that’s as educational as it is entertaining. 

Main Stage: Branjae 

Branjae is the embodiment of Black American Music, blending Classic Soul, Funk, and R&B into a timeless and fearless sound. She is an artist, activist, and storyteller whose performances challenge audiences to embrace their truest selves. Her genre-fluid artistry and commanding stage presence make every show unforgettable. 

Amphitheater: DJ Klave 

DJ Klave, Tulsa’s tropical DJ, brings infectious energy with Salsa, Bachata, and throwback hits. His sets are designed to get the crowd moving and keep the celebration alive. With every mix, he transforms the dance floor into a vibrant party.

918 Day Festival is a cultural celebration of the culture and diversity in the larger Tulsa area. The festival, now in its second year, honors the legacy of 918 Day, which originated from the Mayor’s Office as a city-wide recognition of Tulsa’s culture and diversity.
