It takes a village to keep Downtown clean and beautiful, so thanks for doing your part to report public realm maintenance and graffiti removal needs for our attention. 

Our services are performed in the public right-of-way within the boundaries of the Tulsa Stadium Improvement District along the sidewalk and curb line and may include sweeping, pressure washing, graffiti removal, and much more.  

Upon request, DTP can remove graffiti tagging from private property, buildings, or other structures and/or attend to additional requests as a fee-based service when:

• The request is accessible from the ground level and is no higher than 9 feet from the ground
• The issue is visible and reachable from the public right-of-way
• The property owner provides written authorization via this form
