Get a full-body workout while enjoying the view from the Green! Our free Bootcamp class uses a variety of styles, including core training, plyometrics, toning, and strength exercises to create a high energy workout. The class is taught by licensed fitness instructors from the YMCA. Bootcamp is open to all ages and athletic abilities. Parents are encouraged to consider their child’s ability to safely participate in the fitness class.
