Although eradicating homelessness is not the direct mission of Downtown Tulsa Partnership, homelessness is an issue that affects Downtown Tulsa every day. Through our involvement with Housing Solutions, the lead agency of A Way Home for Tulsa, and other partners, DTP seeks to do its part to serve those experiencing unsheltered homelessness Downtown.

Toni Foster, DTP Outreach Coordinator

To expand these efforts, in June 2022 DTP launched a pilot Outreach Program through a grant from Ascension St. John. As part of the Downtown Ambassador team, DTP Outreach Coordinator Toni Foster works directly with those experiencing unsheltered homelessness in Downtown Tulsa.

With the collaboration of other organizations, Toni is able to meet immediate needs, as well as provide connections to resources such as medical care, housing assistance, case management, and rehabilitation. Regardless of an individual's needs, Toni provides a listening ear and truly cares about each person she encounters.
