Downtown Improvement Grants:
Invest in your property. Help strengthen Downtown.

Downtown Tulsa Partnership’s matching grants help property owners and businesses improve storefronts, prepare vacant commercial spaces for tenants, and address waste infrastructure needs. These reimbursement-based programs support lasting improvements within Downtown Tulsa’s Inner Dispersal Loop (IDL).

How to Apply

1. Review the guidelines for eligibility, eligible expenses, and program requirements in the program manuals linked above.

2. Submit a pre-application – linked above - so DTP can review your project concept.

3. Complete the full application after invitation from DTP staff, including your budget and supporting materials.

Grants are paid through reimbursement, so applicants must finance project costs before receiving payment. Contact DTP before starting work, ordering equipment or materials, or paying deposits. Each program’s guidelines establish when costs become eligible and when work may begin.

Awards are subject to available funding and DTP approval.
