About the Event
Namastreet is a rejuvenating celebration of the summer solstice that transforms Boston Avenue into an open-air yoga sanctuary. This creates a space to slow down, breathe deep, and connect with your neighbors.

This year, we're proud to partner again with Updog Yoga, who will guide an all-levels yoga flow followed by a calming outdoor sound bath meditation. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have years of practice, you're welcome here.
What to expect:
- A free community yoga session led by Updog Yoga
- A grounding sound bath experience
- A relaxing, welcoming environment for all ages
- Bring your mat, some water, and come ready to move and connect. This is more than just yoga in the street, it’s a community moment under the summer sky!
- Post-yoga offerings including mimosas, margaritas, and a full menu from Elote Cafe.
- Pride Festival programming following Namastreet Yoga
Free to attend — please register here to let us know you’re coming!
About this Year's Yoga Instructors

Annie Clark E-RYT 500 | Annie is the owner of Updog Yoga. With 30 years of personal practice and teaching since 2002, Annie found yoga at a moment when she needed it most — and it did exactly what yoga does. It grounded her, taught her to catch her breath, and helped her navigate a difficult season while growing stronger on the other side. That transformative power is what Annie brings to every class. Her classes are open and encouraging to practitioners of all levels. Students can expect to connect breath and movement, quiet the mind, find some balance (or at least a sense of humor), and heat up from the inside out.
Liz Lord E-RYT 200 | Liz is a dedicated yoga instructor with nearly a decade of experience teaching in the Tulsa community. Known for her rhythmic flows and yummy stretches, Liz creates a dynamic and grounding atmosphere in each class. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner, Liz’s classes offer a nurturing space to connect with both body and mind.
Catherine Miller E-RYT 500 | Catherine has been a dedicated yoga student for 28 years and brings a therapeutic approach and warm hospitality to her classes. A graduate of Yoga Medicine's 500-hour cohort, Catherine enjoys sharing her deeper understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and mental health and how these concepts relate to the ancient practice of yoga. She teaches with love and respect for her students and the practice.
Sound Bath with Sana Meditation

Sue Webb and Tiffany Tran are the co-creators of Sana Meditation, a Tulsa-based wellness collective known for immersive sound bath experiences that blend artistry with intention. Drawing on their backgrounds in yoga, meditation, and sound healing, they create a spacious environment for rest, release, and recalibration.
Their sound baths feature a dynamic range of instruments — including crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and tuning forks — layered to gently guide the nervous system into a state of deep relaxation. For this special event, they are joined by guest musician John Tran, whose intuitive sounds add another rich layer to the meditative journey. Together, they offer a soundscape designed not just to soothe, but to shift — creating an experience that is as grounding as it is transcendent.
Whether you're new to sound baths or have experienced many, each session with Sana Meditation is a journey into stillness, sensation, and inner spaciousness.
