Sound Bath with Sana Meditation

Sue Webb and Tiffany Tran are the co-creators of Sana Meditation, a Tulsa-based wellness collective known for immersive sound bath experiences that blend artistry with intention. Drawing on their backgrounds in yoga, meditation, and sound healing, they create a spacious environment for rest, release, and recalibration.
Their sound baths feature a dynamic range of instruments — including crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and tuning forks — layered to gently guide the nervous system into a state of deep relaxation. For this special event, they are joined by guest musician John Tran, whose intuitive sounds add another rich layer to the meditative journey. Together, they offer a soundscape designed not just to soothe, but to shift — creating an experience that is as grounding as it is transcendent.
Whether you're new to sound baths or have experienced many, each session with Sana Meditation is a journey into stillness, sensation, and inner spaciousness.

History of Yoga on Boston Ave

In 2019, Claire Ballew hosted Yoga on Boston. It was a massive success, but due to a global pandemic the event took a 4-year hiatus. Downtown Tulsa Partnership has now adopted the event and we are so excited to be hosting it for many years to come!
In 2023 Downtown Tulsa Partnership brought back Yoga on Boston and renamed it Namastreet Downtown Yoga. Boston Ave was cleared and we hosted over 100 guests and had a ton of fun. From 5-6 PM, we enjoy tunes by DJ SuperP, along with light food options from Downtown restaurants — cold ice pops from Frios Gourmet Pops and juices from Inheritance Kitchen + Juicery. Claire Ballew returned to lead a 55-minute outdoor yoga class, followed with a 10-minute meditation led by Marlon Hall.
