Spotlight on Our New Employees
Jacob Gatlin, Ambassador Operations Manager
Jacob Gatlin joins the Downtown Tulsa Partnership as Operations Manager, bringing with him over a decade of experience in the manufacturing sector. His journey to the Downtown Tulsa Partnership is fueled by his passion for leadership and community enhancement. In his role, Jacob oversees the Ambassador Program, ensuring that Downtown remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all. His approachable leadership style has already made a significant impact, fostering a motivated and cohesive team dedicated to the beautification and improvement of Downtown Tulsa.
Raised on a farm in Meeker, Oklahoma, Jacob is deeply connected to nature. He finds solace in outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and exploring the wilderness. His ultimate dream is to own a ranch. Jacob is a devoted father to his four children, whom he considers his greatest legacy. Together, they enjoy net fishing and embarking on outdoor adventures, creating memories that will last a lifetime. At home, Jacob cares for a bustling household that includes four dogs, a cat, and the cat's five kittens. His commitment to his family and friends, coupled with his love for the outdoors, defines Jacob as both a passionate leader and a caring individual.
Daniel Jackson; Tulsa Service Year Fellow, Community Engagement
Daniel Jackson, known affectionately as "Downtown Danny," has joined the Downtown Tulsa Partnership as a Tulsa Service Year Fellow leading Community Engagement. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Daniel has built a strong connection with Downtown Tulsa through various internships and this year in TSY. His role involves implementing creative ideas and fostering connections that enhance the vibrancy of Downtown. Daniel's professionalism, experience, and hard work have quickly earned him a reputation as an invaluable asset to the team.
Originally from Sapulpa, Oklahoma, Daniel has always been drawn to the entertainment industry, spending his free time watching the latest hit films and television shows. He also loves outdoor adventures and traveling, constantly seeking new experiences and inspiration. Daniel is currently focused on advancing his Spanish skills from conversational to bilingual, a personal goal that reflects his dedication to continuous learning and growth. His enthusiasm for both professional and personal development makes him a dynamic and driven member of the Downtown Tulsa Partnership team.
Cassie Williams, Marketing and Events Coordinator
Cassie Williams brings her outgoing and energetic personality to the role of Marketing and Events Coordinator at the Downtown Tulsa Partnership. Since joining the team, Cassie has made a significant impact by transforming graphics for the Downtown Tulsa Farmers Market, creating engaging Instagram reels, and boosting the organization’s social media following. Her involvement in Tulsa social committees and supporting DTP events has further demonstrated her creativity and dedication to enhancing the Downtown experience. Cassie thrives on creativity and fun, consistently bringing fresh ideas and a vibrant energy to her work.
Outside of work, Cassie’s creativity shines through in her love for arts and crafts, including crochet, sewing, painting, and drawing. She enjoys organizing themed parties for friends, reflecting her passion for bringing people together and creating memorable experiences. Cassie is also a playful aunt to 11 nieces and nephews, relishing in the joy and laughter they bring to her life. Evenings are often spent with her husband Carson and their two dogs, Bennie and Roscoe, enjoying long walks and spoiling them with love. Cassie and Carson, who met at the University of Oklahoma, share a goal of walking 100 miles together by 2025, exemplifying their commitment to both personal and shared aspirations.
Jacob’s leadership in the Ambassador program ensures our Downtown remains clean and welcoming. Daniel’s role in community engagement helps us connect with and activate the diverse Tulsa community. Cassie’s creativity and energy in marketing and events drive the vibrant experiences that make Downtown Tulsa a dynamic place to live, work, and visit. Together, they are instrumental in fulfilling our goals and vision for Downtown Tulsa.
About Downtown Tulsa Partnership
The Downtown Tulsa Partnership, established in 2021 by dedicated property and business representatives along with civic leaders, is devoted to the continued enhancement and advocacy of Downtown Tulsa. Over the past three years, our organization has made significant strides in transforming Downtown Tulsa into a vibrant and thriving urban neighborhood. Through our unwavering commitment and collaborative efforts, we have successfully championed a prosperous, vibrant, and inclusive Downtown Tulsa. Our mission is to maintain this momentum and grow even further, ensuring Downtown Tulsa remains the heart of commerce, culture, and community.
One of our cornerstone initiatives is the Downtown Tulsa Ambassador program. This team operates seven days a week, ensuring that our Downtown is clean, vibrant, and welcoming. By providing services such as trash and litter removal, graffiti and sticker removal, hospitality services, and special beautification projects, our Ambassadors work tirelessly to create a thriving environment for all who live, work, and visit Downtown Tulsa.
