Chapman Green and Legacy Park
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Downtown Tulsa Partnership and The City of Tulsa Parks, Culture, and Recreation are collaborating on the redesign of Chapman Green and Legacy Park. Currently, these two parks both struggle with regular foot-traffic and utilization. As Downtown has 1,000 new housing units planned, these parks are a priority for maintaining and offering viable green space in an urban environment. We are exploring the possibility of transforming both parks to enhance utility and functionality, offering dedicated areas for pets and comfortable spaces for both residents and visitors. Below are the current conditions of both parks:
LEGACY PARK
