Downtown Tulsa Celebrates Santa Fe Square Apartments with Ribbon Cutting

DOWNTOWN TULSA CELEBRATES SANTA FE SQUARE APARTMENTS WITH MARCH 14th RIBBON CUTTING & TOUR

TULSA, OK (Mar. 11, 2025) - Downtown Tulsa Partnership (DTP) and city officials will celebrate the opening of Santa Fe Square Apartments this week in the Blue Dome District of Downtown Tulsa. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held Friday, March 14, at the new residential development, 415 E. 2nd St S. at 4 p.m. Paid parking will be available on the street or in a nearby private lot.

Speakers will include Tulsa Mayor Monroe Nichols, developer of Santa Fe Square Elliot Nelson, Chairman of American Residential Group Jay Helm, and President & CEO of Downtown Tulsa Partnership, Brian Kurtz.

“The overarching vision is to try and create a centerpiece for the east side of downtown,” Nelson says. “We’ve done a great job of building lots of bars, restaurants and entertainment in this neighborhood, but it still felt like we needed something bigger that was mixed-use and had a public component to it.”

Santa Fe Square concluded its residential development at the end of 2024 and is currently leasing. This mixed-use development reshaped a former parking lot into a thriving, resident-oriented public square. Santa Fe Square offers stylish amenities, public gathering spaces, and pedestrian-friendly pathways, resulting in an urban living destination for future Downtown residents. Office spaces, retail attractions, and now residential properties are included in the 12-story development.

Following the ribbon cutting, the community is invited to join a tour of the new residential property in collaboration with the Urban Land Institute. Light refreshments will be served. More information about Santa Fe Square Apartments can be found at santafequare-tulsa.com.
