DOWNTOWN TULSA CELEBRATES NEW RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX THE EXCHANGE AT SINCLAIR WITH MAY 29th RIBBON CUTTING

TULSA, OK (May 21, 2025) - Downtown Tulsa Partnership (DTP) and city officials will celebrate the opening of The Exchange at Sinclair this week in the Deco District of Downtown Tulsa. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held Thursday, May 29, at the new residential development, 6 East 5th St. at 4 p.m. Paid parking will be available on the street or in a nearby private lot. Speakers will include Tulsa Mayor Monroe Nichols, District 4 City Councilor Laura Bellis, COO of Ross Group Clint Black, and President + CEO of Downtown Tulsa Partnership, Brian Kurtz.

“The Exchange at Sinclair marks a significant milestone as we unveil this remarkable 64-unit multi-family development within the stunning historic Sinclair building. This project is a testament to our team's dedication, combining high-quality craftsmanship with extensive expertise in historic building renovations. Together, we have breathed new life into this architectural gem, ensuring it continues to serve our community for generations to come. We are proud to celebrate this achievement and look forward to the vibrant future it promises” states Ross Group COO Clint Black.

The Exchange at Sinclair recently concluded construction in May and is currently leasing. The now residential complex was once the original headquarters of Sinclair Oil during the lavish Oil Boom era. With a nod to the building’s rich architectural past, The Exchange at Sinclair blends modern amenities with a historic charm.

Following the ribbon cutting, the community is invited to join a tour of the new residential property. Light refreshments will be served. More information about The Exchange at Sinclair can be found at theexchangeatsinclair.com.
