Downtown Gift Market Adds Holiday Shopping Component to Tulsa Christmas Parade
Dec. 11, 2024 — Downtown Tulsa Partnership (DTP) is bring a first-time shopping component to the 98th annual Tulsa Christmas Parade on Saturday, Dec. 14. The Gift Market, held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Chapman Green, 600 S. Main St., will feature dozens of local vendors, live music and other family activities — all free and open to the public.
“The Tulsa Christmas Parade is one of Downtown Tulsa’s most long-standing holiday traditions,” said Morgan Phillips, Director of Marketing and Events. “We are pleased to enhance the parade experience by offering an opportunity for spectators to shop for holiday gifts on site while supporting local entrepreneurs.”
The parade will run from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. along this Downtown route. Food vendors will be set up on East Sixth Street from South Boston Avenue to South Main Street. Next door at the Gift Market, a wide range of products, from apparel and accessories to local art and all kinds of stocking stuffers, will be for sale inside a wind-proof tent. Vendors include:

Local musician Bucky Stryke of band Bucky and The Bookworms will perform live at the Chapman Green amphitheater from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., followed by Branjae Jackson from 2 to 3 p.m. A photo booth and area for writing letters to Santa are presented by Gift Market sponsor Communication Federal Credit Union. Shoppers will also be able to use their smartphones to experience a giant augmented reality Christmas tree designed by local artist and developer Chris “Vanndy” VanDenhende.
Free parking is located along Downtown Tulsa streets. No parking will be permissible in the parade staging area shown here.
