The City of Tulsa clears and treats streets while the Downtown Tulsa Partnership Ambassador Team clears and deploys ice melt on the sidewalks of the bridges crossing the BNSF railroad including the Center of the Universe. Sidewalk maintenance, including ice and snow removal, is the responsibility of the adjacent property owner, per City Ordinance Title 27 Chapter 12.12.
