Downtown Tulsa Partnership (DTP) is hiring a Placemaking & Public Realm Manager — a hands-on, creative role focused on making Downtown cleaner, greener, and more connected. From public art and lighting to landscaping, furniture, and wayfinding, you’ll lead projects that enhance how people experience Tulsa’s core.
The Opportunity
As DTP’s “boots on the ground,” the Placemaking & Public Realm Manager will oversee the design, maintenance, and activation of public spaces across Downtown. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys collaboration, and takes pride in seeing projects come to life.
You’ll work closely with the City of Tulsa, contractors, and community partners to manage improvements and maintenance efforts — ensuring our parks, streets, and public spaces are welcoming, functional, and well cared for. You’ll also help drive key placemaking initiatives like the Downtown Wayfinding System update, banner and public art programs, and other enhancements that make Downtown more vibrant and inclusive.
