Ribbon Cutting Celebration: The Exchange at Sinclair opens in Downtown Tulsa!

Downtown Tulsa has just welcomed some new housing to the neighborhood! The Exchange at Sinclair is the newest apartment complex located at 6 East 5th St in Downtown’s Deco District. 

The Exchange at Sinclair is the most recent result of developing more housing opportunities in Downtown Tulsa. This aligns with the effort to provide a wide array of housing options city-wide.

The Exchange at Sinclair recently concluded construction in May and is currently leasing. The now residential complex was once the original headquarters of Sinclair Oil during the lavish Oil Boom era. With a nod to the building’s rich architectural past, The Exchange at Sinclair blends modern amenities with a historic charm.

A ribbon cutting celebration will be held on Thursday, May 29 at 4:00 PM in the new apartment complex. Speakers will include Tulsa Mayor Monroe Nichols, District 4 City Councilor Laura Bellis, and President + CEO of DTP Brian Kurtz.
