The Best Hotdogs are Downtown

April 4, 2023

Category:  Dining

Downtown Tulsa is a place where you can find a variety of delicious things to eat. Summer is coming, Spring is here, baseball and soccer have started (Go Drillers and FC Tulsa!), and we have hotdogs on the mind for these warmer days ahead. Although stadium hotdogs are unbeatable, we have a few other places in mind for you to get your hotdog craving filled!

ONEOK Field

You heard it! Baseball and soccer are in full swing, and you can now enjoy stadium food again in the sunshine while you watch the Tulsa Drillers or FC Tulsa bring home a win! You can get hotdogs at their concession stands like the classic Driller Dog or from food carts like Siegi's, serving up the best sausage hotdogs with beer cheese, and grilled peppers and onions.

Coney Island

Coney Island Hot Weiners, a Tulsa favorite, began in 1926 in the Tulsa World building in Downtown Tulsa. In April 2015, Coney Island Hot Weiners moved to its current location on the northwest corner of Archer and Main in the Tulsa Arts District. We recommend their chili cheese dogs and fries! Be sure to "eat in" at one of their old-school wooden desks.

Wiz Hot Dog Co.

Wiz Hot Dog Co. serves gourmet crafted hot dogs with a variety of toppings and flavors. And when we say "a variety," we mean they have everything you can think of to add to a hotdog. Their menu options include Chicago, Seattle, Bahn Mi, German, Southern, and so many other styles of hotdogs. You have to come and try each!

Fassler Hall

Fassler Hall is a German-inspired beer hall. Come and enjoy delicious, homemade sausage with a variety of their toppings. While you're there, get some German beer and enjoy their outdoor garden with views of Downtown Tulsa's skyline. We recommend their classic Bratwurst or, if you want to try something a little different, their Hot Italian Dog. They also offer a Beyond Brat Dog for those who are meat free!
