The Mayo Hotel welcomes 1925, the hotel dining concept, to Downtown Tulsa! This new restaurant honors the hotel’s historic roots while offering a fresh, elevated gathering place in the heart of Downtown Tulsa.

“1925 is entirely custom, one-of-a-kind, and thoughtfully tailored to honor the grandeur of The Mayo while offering something entirely new for Tulsa,” said Macy Snyder-Amatucci, President of Brickhugger LLC, Owner of The Mayo Hotel. “It has truly been a labor of love, and it would not have been possible without the continued support, loyalty, and belief from the Tulsa community and The Mayo Hotel team in the vision of this historic property.”

The owners’ passion for the building’s legacy inspired every detail in the restaurant, working side by side with their culinary and hospitality team. A hotel that once hosted legends like Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, President John F. Kennedy, and Babe Ruth, 1925 is a modern extension of The Mayo Hotel’s iconic status in Downtown Tulsa.

1925 offers a bold and refined culinary program led by Chef Cameron Werry. The menu showcases elevated takes on classic dishes, highlighting seasonal ingredients, regional influences, and innovative techniques. From small plates designed to sharing to beautifully plated entrees, the food at 1925 is crafted to match the elegance of its surroundings- with every bite delivering both comfort and sophistication.

1925 will celebrate their opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, June 27, at 4:00 PM. City officials and community members will join to celebrate the opening of the new restaurant at The Mayo Hotel.
