Have you tried this new spot? Maestro is the newest addition to Downtown Tulsa! Located in the Blue Dome District at the brand-new Santa Fe Square, Maestro is the newest concept from Aaron Post’s Relentless Hospitality Group, the creative force behind Downtown Tulsa staples Valkyrie and St Vitus.
This upscale bar is dedicated to the refined world of sugarcane and agave spirits. The menu features interpretations of Latin and Caribbean inspired cocktails, including margaritas, blended-agave clarified palomitas, tropical mango-infused martinis, and more. Acclaimed New Orleans chef Alfredo Nogueira draws inspiration from traditional Latin flavors, constructing a menu featuring bold appetizers and desserts. Highlights include the breezy tuna ceviche, silky Wagyu beef tartare, and a corn-flavored soft serve.
