The Downtown Ambassador Team will operate under abbreviated hours through Sunday 1/16. Temporary hours of operation on Thursday 1/13 through Saturday 1/15 are 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The program will be shut down on Sunday 1/16 and will restart 7:00 a.m. on Monday 1/17 at which point we will reevaluate the need to continue with amended operations.
These temporary adjustments are being made due to ensure continued operations and a baseline of services while we experience COVID-related absences.

Response times may be slower than normal given potential staffing limitations however all maintenance, beautification, livability and safety services remain in full effect.
