Downtown Tulsa restaurateur power couple Tony and Emily Galvez have an exciting new concept at the corner of 6th & Boston!
The former Sandos Rockin' Deli is now Red Dirt Burrito Co., featuring Okie-style burritos, bowls, salads, and salads filled with slow-cooked, local soda-braised brisket, pulled pork, and chicken. For sides, they have rice, beans, house-shredded white cheddar cheese and more. Plus, vegans will love Red Dirt's vegan chorizo and potato option.
Red Dirt is located next door to the Galvezes' other restaurants, Copaneazi's Pizzeria and The Local Bison, and is open for lunch Monday through Saturday and dinner Monday through Thursday. Its decor highlights the Oklahoma music scene, with posters of local artists and other memorabilia.
