Join us on Monday, November 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. as we break ground for this long-awaited project in Downtown Tulsa. Downtown Tulsa Partnership, alongside project donors and partners, will celebrate as construction will officially begin toward the end of the year.

This iconic public passageway is synonymous with Tulsa and serves as the connector for thousands of BOK Financial and Williams Companies employees. This new redesign process will feature lighting improvements, updated greenery and beautification, and safer walkways.
Flintco will serve as the contractor for the project, which is expected to complete construction in Fall 2027.
Private donors include BOK Financial, Williams Companies, Public Service Company of Oklahoma, and the George Kaiser Family Foundation. Public partners include Downtown Tulsa Partnership, Tulsa Authority for Economic Opportunity (formerly Partner Tulsa), and the City of Tulsa.
