You're invited to join TFA in partnership with The Vault for a special themed cocktail class: NOSTALGIA TULSA, Restaurants Edition. Join Tulsa Foundation for Architecture in partnership with The Vault for COCKTAIL CLASS: NOSTALGIA TULSA, Restaurants Edition! Mark your calendar, because we feature a variety of programs and events throughout the year. Tulsa has a rich architectural heritage and TFA is passionate about sharing our knowledge with you! At this event, you will learn more about the history of some of Tulsa's iconic restaurants while enjoying themed cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in a unique, mid-century modern atmosphere. Featured topics include: Casa Bonita, Celebrity Club, Metro Diner, and The Louisiane! This class will be presented by Malinda Blank, Executive Director of TFA, and Rhys Martin, Preserve Route 66 Manager with the National Trust for Historic Preservation and author of "Lost Restaurants of Tulsa". Due to Oklahoma liquor laws, you will not be physically making the drinks. Your teacher will demo them for you & share with you lots of information in addition to the historical thematic information that TFA will provide.
