Join the YMCA every Thursday in September for a free low-impact workout at Guthrie Green. Low-impact fitness classes are workouts designed to minimize stress on joints by ensuring at least one foot remains on the ground at all times, avoiding jumping or jarring motions. These sessions focus on controlled movements to improve strength, cardiovascular health, and flexibility without high impact.
