Join the teachers of Total Pilates Studio for Fitness on the Green. This 45-minute mat class will introduce you to the original Pilates Mat exercises, which form the foundation of the Pilates Method. This challenging and fun class builds strength and flexibility with exercises such as the Hundred, Teaser, Spine Stretch, and Bridge. Suitable for all levels, we will provide modifications and variations to accommodate everyone.
 
Participants must bring their own mat. The class is designed for all levels, from beginner through advanced, but participants should be injury-free.
