Join RunWalk Tulsa every Thursday in October at 6:00 PM for Fitness on the Green at Guthrie Green! This free, weekly outdoor fitness series offers structured, fun workouts for all levels. RunWalk Tulsa leads two options: guided run-walk interval pace groups for those who want a mix of running and walking, and walking pace groups for a steady, social pace. This series is accessible for beginners and experienced participants alike. Come move, challenge yourself, and connect with the community—because with RunWalk Tulsa, everyone belongs.
 
Our run-walk groups use the Jeff Galloway Run-Walk-Run® Method, a proven training approach that alternates short running segments with strategic walk breaks to help participants build endurance while reducing fatigue and injury risk. Walking-only groups are also available for those who prefer a steady walking pace.
 
No experience is required. Walkers, beginners, and all paces are welcome
