Get ready for a summer of curiosity, creativity, and hands-on fun at Camp Guthrie! Join us every Wednesday in July at 10 a.m. for this FREE series designed to engage kids through interactive learning. Each week, we will explore a new topic led by local community partners. The session kicks off with an educational experience, followed by a hands-on activity that encourages kids to learn by doing.

Camp Guthrie wraps up for the summer with Camp-A-Palooza on August 1, a fun-filled celebration you won't want to miss!

This week's theme is community, and the activity is "Heroes In Our Neighborhood: A Thank-You Card Project."

Kids will make thank-you cards for local helpers, firefighters, librarians, mail carriers, healthcare workers, and anyone they appreciate. The cards will be delivered or mailed. The idea is that volunteering doesn't have to be big or complicated; a simple thank-you can make someone's day.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
