Channel your inner dancer with a FREE barre class. Barre is a full-body workout technique that combines elements of yoga, strength training, dance, and Pilates. The workout is at a slower pace but yields great results in muscle strength and function. The class is taught by a licensed YMCA fitness instructor. Barre is open to all ages and athletic abilities. Parents are encouraged to consider their child’s ability to safely participate in the fitness class.
